Azonic

Give every lead the investigation it needs.

A referral is only the beginning. Behind it are people to identify, sources to examine and decisions that cannot wait. Azonic helps investigators move that work forward, with the evidence and reasoning kept together.

The queue grows while the active cases need you.

An investigator can spend the morning assessing new referrals and the afternoon returning to cases that have already changed. Usernames lead to accounts. Accounts lead to other sources. Each step creates material that needs to be examined, recorded and understood.

When collection, correlation and documentation depend on moving between separate tools, the time available for investigative judgement gets squeezed. The agency needs more capacity across that whole process, while keeping a clear responsibility for every decision.

Every lead lands on the same desk.

Referrals, reports and alerts arrive from many directions and end up with the same small team. Azonic does the collection and pivoting across them, so each analyst can carry more of the caseload. Your investigators decide what it means and what happens next.

Vantage

Carry every case further.

Azonic Vantage brings intake, investigation and reporting into one workflow. It does the collection and pivoting across authorised sources. Your investigators supervise, correct and approve.

From referral to case

Bring in referrals, reports and alerts in the form they arrive, including standardised child-safety referrals, and prioritise them with a rationale an investigator can review.

Evidence that holds up to review

Captures carry hashes, capture times and a custody statement. Every finding keeps the sources behind it, and nothing leaves unreviewed.

A controlled hand-over

Release a reviewed copy to a named recipient, with an expiry and the ability to revoke it, while the case keeps its full history.

Lighthouse

Between searches.

Azonic Lighthouse keeps watch on the areas your unit is responsible for and brings relevant activity to an investigator's attention, with the context that made it worth a look.

Watch rules your team defines

Keywords, selectors and patterns set by your investigators, versioned so you can always see what was being watched and when.

Alerts ready to investigate

Each alert arrives with its source and context and can open as a Vantage case, so a lead is never rebuilt from screenshots.

Authority on the record

Each watch runs under a recorded review authority with an expiry, and pauses when that authority lapses.

Example use case

From an incoming referral to a case your unit can carry forward.

Consider a referral containing an account identifier and limited context. The task is to establish what it supports, find relevant connections and decide what needs attention next.

Illustrative example. An analyst checks the work before anything is written up and handed over.

Assess the referral

Bring the original material into Vantage. Add relevant context and prioritise it against the unit’s criteria, with a rationale the investigator can review.

Develop the leads

Follow identifiers across relevant sources and connected agency systems. Examine proposed connections and the material behind them before relying on a finding.

Prepare the next action

Record what has been established and what remains uncertain. Review a cited report for a supervisor or authorised recipient, keeping the supporting case intact.

What sits underneath a case.

Each case carries its own record, evidence and working history, so a supervisor, a colleague taking over or a reviewer can see what was done, by whom and why.

Putting Azonic
to work.

How does Vantage fit with our existing case and intelligence systems?

Vantage works alongside your existing systems and connects with them two ways: it takes in referrals and records, and sends cases and reviewed findings back. Which systems we connect, and how, is agreed with each agency and set out in our agreement with them. We start from one unit process: where referrals arrive, which records your investigators need and where reviewed findings must go.

Can Vantage work several investigations at once?

Yes. Vantage runs collection and investigative tasks across your active cases at the same time, within limits your team sets. Your analysts review the work and direct the next steps. Each case keeps its own sources and findings, so your unit can take on new referrals without stalling the investigations already under way.

What context stays with a case when another investigator takes over?

All of it. The incoming material, supporting sources, case history and reviewed findings stay together in the case. A colleague taking over can see what has been established, what was done, by whom and why, and which questions still need work.

How is evidence handled?

Every capture carries a SHA-256 hash, its capture time and a record of who obtained it. You can download a custody statement for a whole case or a single item. A redaction creates a separate copy and records its lineage. Admissibility depends on your agency’s processes and the law in your jurisdiction.

Where does our data sit, and who can see it?

Vantage and Lighthouse run self-hosted in your agency’s infrastructure or in your own cloud environment. Access follows the roles your agency sets. Hosting, region, retention, connected sources and any access by Azonic are agreed with each agency and set out in our agreement with them.

What do our investigators control?

Every decision. Your investigators set the limits for the work, choose which leads to follow, accept or reject proposed connections and approve anything that leaves the case. Lighthouse watch rules are set by your team and run under a recorded authority with an expiry. Nothing leaves unreviewed.

Can we use Lighthouse without Vantage?

Yes. Lighthouse can be used on its own, with alerts delivered into your existing systems and reporting over time. When a lead needs investigating, an alert can open or join a Vantage case with its context attached.
