Azonic

Follow the operator behind the warning signs.

A suspicious website, an unlicensed offer or a complaint may be one part of a wider operation. Azonic helps regulatory teams connect those signals and prepare findings that support the next step.

Streets and office buildings in Manhattan’s financial district.

A list of concerns is not yet an investigative file.

Reports arrive as individual complaints, accounts, domains and advertised services. The same operator may appear under different names, while the material needed to assess it is distributed across sources.

Investigators must decide which concerns belong together, preserve the supporting material and explain why a matter merits further work. That file may then need to move to another regulator, an online platform or an authorised agency.

The same operator, under different names.

Complaints, adverts and warning-list entries arrive one at a time. Behind them, the same people may be reusing the same email addresses, numbers and hosting. Azonic helps your team see which concerns belong together, with the evidence for each link.

Vantage

Turn concerns into a matter.

Azonic Vantage brings complaints, reported offers and warning-list entries into one matter, and does the collection and pivoting across the sources your team is authorised to use. Your investigators decide what belongs together.

Start from any signal

A complaint, a domain, an advertised service or a warning-list entry can open a matter, with the original report and the reason it was referred kept alongside.

Connect the operation

Compare domains, hosting, accounts and contact details across concerns, and examine the material behind each proposed link before relying on it.

Refer with the evidence

Prepare a reviewed report with citations, and release an approved copy to another regulator, a platform or an authorised agency under your controls.

Lighthouse

Across your remit.

Azonic Lighthouse keeps watch on the operators and schemes your team is responsible for, and flags changes that may need a closer look.

Watch what your mandate covers

Watch rules your team defines, versioned so you can always see what was being watched and when.

Changes that need a look

New activity arrives as an alert with its source and context, ready to add to an existing matter or to open a new one.

A picture over time

Periodic insight shows how the operators and schemes in your remit are developing, not only what changed today.

Example use case

Build context around a suspected scam operation.

Start with a reported offer and examine whether related domains, accounts and contact details point to activity that warrants investigation.

Illustrative example. Only an approved edition leaves, and the matter keeps what was shared.

Keep the original complaint

Preserve the starting material and the reason it was referred. Bring relevant identifiers and records into Vantage.

Examine the infrastructure

Compare related accounts and sources, with the supporting material attached. Treat a suggested connection as something an investigator must assess.

Prepare an evidenced referral

Set out the findings and uncertainty in a reviewed report. Share an approved edition with the appropriate recipient under your organisation’s controls.

Putting Azonic
to work.

Can a matter start with a complaint, a domain or a warning-list entry?

Yes. Any of them can open a matter in Vantage, with the original report and the reason it was referred kept alongside. Vantage then brings in related identifiers and sources, and your investigator decides whether the matter connects to other concerns in your remit.

How do we tell whether separate concerns involve the same operator?

Your investigators check the evidence behind each proposed link. Vantage finds shared details such as email addresses, phone numbers, hosting and accounts, and keeps the material behind each one in the matter. A reviewer can then accept or reject the link and see where more checks are needed.

Who decides what goes to another regulator, a platform or an agency?

Your team does. Vantage prepares a cited report, and nothing leaves until your team approves it. The recipient receives only the approved edition. The matter keeps the source material, reviewed findings and a record of each release, so your team can always show what was shared and the evidence behind it.

What does Lighthouse watch across our remit?

The operators and schemes your team is responsible for. Your team defines the watch rules, and we scope coverage with each regulator. Lighthouse watches categories such as adverts and offers, group activity, websites and the open web. It flags changes for review, and an alert can join an existing matter or open a new one. It also builds insight and reporting over time.

How does this fit the systems we already use?

Vantage and Lighthouse connect two ways with your existing systems. Alerts and findings can be delivered into the tools your team already uses, and records can come in from them. Which systems we connect is agreed with each regulator and set out in our agreement with them.

Where does our data sit, and who can see it?

Vantage and Lighthouse run self-hosted in your infrastructure or in your own cloud environment. Access follows the roles your organisation sets. Hosting, region, retention, connected sources and any access by Azonic are agreed with each regulator and set out in our agreement with them.
